PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project consisted of replacing and upgrading existing train washing equipment at 6 different Service and Inspection yards throughout the metropolitan Washington, DC area.Some of the trades involved included demolition, concrete, grouting of trenches, FRP gratings, painting and special coatings, electrical work, and pipe lining. The train wash equipment supplied and installed included: rotating brush modules, chemical soap arches, rinse arches, pumps, heaters, softeners, filters, car motion detection, chemical mixing and holding tanks, wastewater neutralization system, washing pH monitoring and control system
